C&R Boger Construction’s mission is to make your remodeling project stress free and enjoyable. We believe the process starts from the minute we make initial contact with you and NEVER stops. We realize that C&R Boger is not just a window and roofing company, but a SERVICE company as well. We take our customer’s time and investments very seriously. To back that statement, we have a few company policies we would like to share with you.
C&R Boger expects perfection. Our customers expect perfection. We do everything possible internally to ensure your project runs smoothly. We ask our customers to grade our performance on every project that we perform. When the project is completed, we leave behind the report card and ask that you please take the time to fill it out and mail it back to us. The report card grades all departments: customer service, marketing, sales, installation, and service.
C&R Boger completes between 100-200 projects a month. When we receive the report cards from our customers, nearly 100% of the time, we hear nothing but rave reviews. On the very rare occasion, we have a customer that is not 100% satisfied. If that customer happens to be YOU, we do not want to finish the project and walk away never hearing about your dissatisfaction. If there was/is a problem during or after your project, and you do not notify us, we cannot fix the issue. If you do not share your concern with us, the next customer may face the same demise. We work very hard to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied. We would appreciate your feedback to ensure that C&R Boger will continue to provide the best customer service possible to you and the next customer.
C&R Boger Construction’s Golden Rule
If a customer voices a concern, no matter how big or small, the following rule applies:
All customer service related concerns or issues will be immediately communicated to the owners of the company. If any C&R Boger Construction employee fields a call, email or an in-person complaint from any customer, it is mandatory that this employee notify the owners of the company immediately.
Finally, it is our sincerest desire that you are 100% satisfied with the service, installation, and products that you receive from us. If you feel that you have not received the proper level of quality and customer service throughout your remodeling project, we ask that you do one thing and one thing only… contact us directly.
