C&R Boger has a remarkably well trained staff that keeps everything moving smoothly. Our Administration department takes care of the daily workload of setting up & managing installs, ordering materials, managing our many team members, calculating the best pricing plans to suit your needs, and running all of our community outreach programs. We hold a weekly meeting of the heads of each department to check in on progress and plan out ways we can better serve you… our clients.


Retail

Our retail greeters are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. They work with our retail partner stores to offer remodeling information to the homeowners shopping at Ace Hardware, True Value, Kmart, Grocery Outlet, and more. They are highly knowledgeable about all of our products, and get you moving in the right direction on your home improvement.


Canvassing

Our canvasing department is our chance to give the best first impression. We like to personally introduce ourselves to the neighbors that surround our job sites. We treat every homeowner with the utmost courtesy and respect, while working hard to offer the best solutions for future home improvement projects. Being the first interaction C&R Boger has with you as the client, we strive to show you the high level of service that you can expect from us. If you see any of our friendly canvassers walking by, give them a quick hello.


Project Managers

We spend a lot of time and energy thoroughly training our project managers in the products and services we offer. When the project manager arrives to an appointment with you, they will speak with you to determine the options that would best suit your needs. They are ready to answer any questions you have and will help you narrow down the choices to the best solution. While at your house, they will take all necessary measurements and assess any issues or concerns you may have.


Marketing

Our marketing department is your main contact for scheduling appointments. This group is trained to assess, over the phone, any needs you may have in order to get the correct project manager out to your house. They will walk you through the process and give you an overview of the solutions that will fit your project.


Installation Teams

Unlike a lot of our competition, we don’t use subcontractors. All of our installations are done in house by our certified installers who are 100% background-checked & drug tested prior to employment. We take your investment in improving your home very seriously, and make sure everyone involved represent us with integrity & courtesy.

We hire the best in the business, but don’t stop quality control there. Our installers have been trained to exceed our manufacturers’ requirements and are all certified in their respective services. Not only is this important to maintaining a high quality of work, but it’s also our way of guaranteeing all warranties are valid. Installations performed by non-certified workers voids most manufacturer warranties. That will never be the case with C&R Boger.
